My Friday Song

Being the quirky yet loveable soul that I am, one of my 'things' is that I have a song that I play each and every Friday on my way to work.  This has become my 'Friday song', and a song that I use to bring me extra enthusiasm and energy for my day, a song that makes me feel euphoric, exhilarated and a song that makes me feel like I can take on the entire world (one bit at time of course!)

Here is to wishing you all a Fabulous, Fantastic, Fascinating Friday!  I'll be living it up at the Royal Albert Hall all day followed by a fabulous dinner and then shutting my eyes at The Dorchester.

It's a tough life, but someone has to do it, and I accept the role with open arms!  Honestly not a typical Friday night for me though.  It usually consists of steak, red wine and DVD's at home!

Thank you to my husband for looking after our daughter and letting me get a bit crazy for a while :)

Mulled Spice - first thing that came to mind was, of course, mulled wine.  It's quite spicy as far as a coffee goes, and to be honest, did not agree with my palate.  It does conjure up visions of a white Christmas spent around a roaring log fire.  Once again, I felt like mince pies... Winter Warmer - this was my favourite.

Competition and Review: Zappie - bringing walls and clothes to life!

Zappie  is a wonderful new app that brings pictures to life right in front of your eyes.  The first of it's kind, Zappie uses the latest augmented reality technology to bring very cute images and products to life anywhere from walls to t-shirts. Zappie was designed to support pre-school children as part of their development and play.  Not only do the wall stickers look beautiful but they can transform even the dullest of rooms into a gorgeous fun and educational space.   We were sent a set of the "I'm a Little Teapot" stickers so that we could see for ourselves just how lovely they really are.  The quality of the stickers is very good and even little hands find it easy to peel them from their sticky backing sheet and apply to the wall.  The images are large, beautifully detailed and typical of traditional English nursery rhymes, which I find very appealing.
